SUSAN STOUT
PRESIDENT
Susan L. Stout has been a member of the SLT Board since 2016. She is retired from a career as a research scientist with the US Forest Service, and she and her husband, David Snyder, live in North Warren.
THE HONORABLE MAUREEN SKERDA
Vice PRESIDENT
Judge Maureen Skerda has been a member of the SLT board since 2010 and has served as President of the Board since 2016. She is the President Judge of the 37th Judicial District. She and her husband, Philip, reside in Pittsfield.
Jennifer Dilks
SECRETARY
Jennifer has served as a volunteer in many capacities at Struthers Library Theatre including producer, stage manager, house manager and sound technician. She works for the Warren County School District in the areas of curriculum, instruction, assessment and technology. When not producing large productions with high school students, she enjoys playing softball, golf, kayaking, biking and running. Jennifer lives in Warren with her husband, Bob, and their two daughters, Bailey and Kelsey.
PAUL PASCUZZI
Treasurer
Currently owner of Pascuzzi Accounting and Tax and Enrolled Agent. Retired accountant previously employed for over 30 years at the OSRAM Sylvania location in Warren, PA. He served as the Fiscal Director for the County of Warren in 2015-2016. Current Community involvement includes Council President for the Borough of Clarendon, a member of Borough Council for 40 years. He is also an active member of 40 years at the Clarendon Fire Department and serve as the organization’s Vice President, Safety Officer and former EMT.
shawn walker
A proud supporter of the arts, Shawn O. Walker is currently employed by Northwest Bank as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. He’s a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned degrees in Architecture and Studio Arts. Mr. Walker currently lives in Warren with his wife, Suzanne, and their four daughters. His hobbies and interests include golf, fly-fishing, skiing, boating, outdoor recreation and travel.
cameron skelton
Cameron Skelton is V.P. Talent Management and Chief Inclusion Officer at Northwest Bank. She earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree from Springfield College. Cameron is active in her community and served on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Warren County and was the president of the Warren County Children’s Advocacy Center. She enjoys traveling with her husband, Tom, and their two sons.
ANDREA STAPLEFORD
Andrea is a local attorney who has lived in Warren since 1992 and is originally from Washington, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Chatham College with a degree in English and received her law degree from the University of Dayton. Andrea is married to Fred Kylander and enjoys spending time with her family.
Paul boger
Dr Boger is a graduate of Warren Area High School, holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from LaSalle University, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from The University of Pennsylvania. He has served as a trustee for SLT for many years and is pleased to make a return. He is proud to have had the opportunity to volunteer in the theatre's reclamation and renovation efforts in 1983. He has practiced dentistry in Warren since 1993 and with his wife, Vivien , has raised four wonderful children.
