Stage Lighting
We have four on-stage electrics, mounted permanently on counter-weighted line sets 2, 6, 13, and 20. There are 24 circuits on the number one electric and 10 each on the other three. Available are two floor pockets and two upstage wall boxes surrounding the playing area. Placed on either side of the playing area are two floor pockets with Edison receptacles, 110 AC.
The standard lighting plot is loosely divided into 9 areas. To compensate for the minimal front light sources, we have 8 Source Four 26º on each of the first, second, and third electrics positioned for front upstage lighting in gels R 33/102 coming from stage right positions and with R60/102 from stage left positions and the central area larger than the stage right and stage left areas. The Ocean Optics Sea Changers washes allow a myriad of muted or softer colors as top light over the general stage areas from each electric, and/or Sea Changer Profiles coming from the front side-wall balcony booms into the downstage area. Our 9 moving LED Chauvet Rogue R2X Wash instruments produce many colors (that are more vivid than the Sea Changers) that may be used as a top wash, backlight, or in special effects. The Rogues are mounted six on the fourth electric and three on the second electric. The stage may be down lit warm (R02) with our fresnels. The cyc lights consist of 5 LED Chauvet Color Strike M units that have 180º tilt capability. For specials and special effects there are 7 LED Chauvet Maverick Silens 2x Profile instruments. These Maverick moving lights are mounted: 3 on the first electric and 2 at the top of each of the two balcony side-wall booms.
Our light booth is located at the back of the balcony. The two Lycian Super Arc 400 Short to Medium Throw follow spots, the sometimes placement of the light board (or at other times the console on cart in back of house,) the Clear-Com main console and a large movie projector are located in the booth.

Front of House:
8 Source Four Profiles 19º fixtures outfitted with Ocean Optics Sea Changers Extreme Green 575 watt on individual circuits on our balcony side wall booms (4 on each boom.) These are mid to high placement on booms and hard to reach.
8 Altman 6 x 16 (equivalent to 19º) ellipsoidals 750 watt used as specials for curtain warmers (2 on each boom) that are placed at bottom of the booms and may be easily refocused. The other 4 Altmans may be used however wanted though they need a ladder to refocus.
2 Lycian Super Arc 400 Short to Medium Throw follow spots located in booth at the rear of the balcony.
Moving Lights:
4 LED Chauvet Maverick Silens 2x Profile 42 channel — two on each side at top of side wall balcony booms. 760w LED source that have 94+ CRI rating, approximately 6º to 58º zoom range, 4 blade framing system with about 60º rotation, dual gobo wheels, an animation wheel, and variable frost filter.
1 LED Chauvet Maverick Silens 2x Profile located at center of first electric. It has the same attributes as the 4 Mavericks above.
2 LED Chauvet Maverick Silens 2x Profile with the same attributes as the other Mavericks above. These are mounted near each side of the first electric.

Upstage Areas:
8 Source Four 26-degree instruments 575 watts on each of first, second, and third electrics each electric for improving front lighting
Washes:
Top Light: 10 Ocean Optics Sea Changer Extreme Green Wash 750 watt instruments (2 on each electric except for third which has 4 fixtures.)
Down Light: 18 fresnels (6 ETC Source Four 7 inch fresnels 575 watt on each of the first two electrics and 6 Strand Century Fresnelite 1000 watt 6 inch fresnels on the third electric.
Top Wash Plus: 9 Chauvet Rogue R2X Wash 17 channel LED moving units with approximately 7º to 64º zoom range and vivid color.
High Side Light: 2 Source Four Profile 19º outfitted with Ocean Optics Sea Changers 575 watt on first electric pipe end to hit down stage area only.
FOH Wash: 8 Source Four 19º degree 575 watt fixtures mounted on light booth to give full across stage coverage, but these are on two circuits only.
Cycs:
5 Chauvet Color Strike M instruments with vibrant color and 180º tilt capability. Also strobe white and strobe effect, but audiences and crews MUST be forewarned if strobe is going to be used.
In storage: We have more instruments: several Source Fours and the rest all older instruments mostly Altman ellipsoidals and some wide PAR cans.
Extra instruments may be added on a bar going across the front of balcony, but light comes in flat as it is not high enough. These can be cabled using 2 socapex 19 pin (one from each boom) that access 4 circuits from each boom not already used by currently hanging lights.

All auditorium house lights are on a keypad system. The keypads are located in the light booth, at stage right stage manager’s area, and in lobby area. There are settings for Movie, Full House, Half House, and Performance. These can be operated off the lighting console, if needed.
