Haunted by the ghosts of his past, Arthur Kipps embarks on a mission to face his demons and finally rid himself of the dark cloud that has been looming over him and his family for decades. With the help of a local actor and an empty Victorian theatre, Kipps relives the chilling memory of his encounter with the woman in black, hoping to expel her from his life once and for all. But as Kipps and his new friend delve deeper into the haunting memories, it becomes clear that his demons may not yet be finished with him. By Stephen Mallatratt, based on the novel by Susan Hill.
